Laurel was picked up as a stray and taken to Victorville Shelter. When she wasn't claimed during her hold period, we made her a Frosted Face on November 2nd. Laurel is around 10 years old and weighs 10 lbs.
A few days after she arrived at FFF, Laurel was scooped up for a two-week Frosted Fling. We can't wait to learn more about this sweetie, including what she is like in a home setting.
Her Fling Dad shares:
"Laurel is a sweet girl. She is very quiet and has the softest fur. She will sit next to you in couch, but I don't leave her up there unattended because of her blindness. She has been sleeping in her own bed at night.
So far, Laurel does not bark or signal when she needs to go out, so I have been taking her out several times as day, which eliminates accidents. She is a foodie and has a good nose. To help Laurel while she is learning her way around, I place her in front of of the food and water bowls.
