Ragamuffin, or "Rags," is a bundle of love and energy. This smart, outgoing pup came to PAWS in September 2024 during the Rockdale County evacuation and has been charming everyone ever since. Rags loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and is always ready for adventure. He’s a great walking or running partner, unfazed by distractions like cars or squirrels, and thrives on playtime, whether it’s fetch or enjoying his favorite stuffed toys. He also enjoys playdates with some of his PAWS pup buddies!

In the home, Ragamuffin is affectionate and eager to please, soaking up belly rubs and cuddles. He’s made strides in house training, sleeps well in a crate or bed, and is very food-motivated, making training a breeze. While he’s still learning to keep his paws off counters and manage his excitement, he’s shown tremendous progress with just a little guidance. Rags would do best with someone ready to continue his training and provide him with an active, loving environment.
