Sunny is an affectionate dog who loves being near her human. She’s potty trained and non-destructive. She’s mildly interested in birds and squirrels and likes to run in the back yard. Her front teeth a short and nubby so she does better with smaller chew toys and softer chew treats. She shows positive body language when seeing other dogs outside our yard but does try to get through the bars of our aluminum fence to go see the dogs.
She’s a little timid around men but very sweet around teens.


Sunny has drastically come a long way from when she first came to her foster home. She was TERRIFIED! She has since then built up her level of trust and now can’t stop cuddling with her family she wants to have. She was dog reactive at first, but with the slow introduction and the 3-3-3, rule she has now become dog friendly, not too sure about cat friendly. She does good on the leash, doesn’t pull or anything unless she’s at a dog park when she becomes overly excited seeing her furry friends. She is kid friendly, and she has put on some weight since she’s been with me. All she needs is for someone to take their time with her and work with her- I know her perfect family is out there!
