Tara is a very playful girl that enjoys wand toys. She's very sweet and loves attention, but is a little shy at the shelter. To find more information on her, please email animalcontrol@lowellarkansas.gov. If you're interested in meeting her, stop by the Lowell Animal Shelter Wednesday through Saturday from 11am to 6pm or Sunday from 12pm to 4pm!
