Meet Flash, a friendly and affectionate dog with a big heart! Despite his size, he loves to be a lap dog and craves attention. Flash is non-reactive to other dogs but should be the only dog in the home. He’s strong and could benefit from some additional training, but he walks well on an Easy Walk harness and is currently taking a manners class at the shelter. If you're looking for a loving companion who's eager to learn and bond, Flash could be the perfect fit for you!
