My story

My name is Kelly. I'm a big girl now at two months old, and I'm excited to find my furever home! I'm a playful puppy, happy and smart. I love to cuddle with kids and grownups, and I have the best time exploring All The New Things, and playing with my toys, my sister, and other dogs!
I use a doggy-door at my foster home, and I'm getting better at house-training, sleeping in my pen with my sister, and eating all my food so I'll grow big and strong.
My Momma and my sister Carrie (pictured) are also looking for their furever homes, so if you know anyone who might want to adopt them, please send them our way!
If you're looking for a fun-loving, sweet, and adventurous companion, look no further than your girl Kelly!

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. Completed applications can be submitted online, or sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org, faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner’s White Oak Shopping Center.
