My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Habanero, a charming adult feline with a heart as warm as her name. She's a gentle soul, exuding a sweet and friendly aura that can melt any heart. Habanero, however, is a bit shy, preferring quiet corners and soft whispers to boisterous chatter and sudden movements. Her sensitive nature makes her an excellent companion for those seeking a serene and comforting presence. Habanero may be timid, but her love is bold and enduring. She can bring a soothing calmness to any home, making every day a little brighter with her gentle purrs and affectionate nuzzles. Adopt Habanero, and let her add a dash of sweetness to your life.

More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
