Great things really do come in small packages! Mystical is a recovering shy girl and has really made progress to gain the confidence needed to come up to her human and ask for pets. She still has her shy tendencies but now has no shame in asking for belly or butt scratches, and is so incredibly happy when she gets them. Mystical is just a small girl all around, with her short legs and itty bitty meows she is often overlooked, but her capacity to overcome her shyness to find the love she craves has been astounding. Mystical is ready for a loving human connection and has been dutifully working on her human interactions, but will still need a little time and a little grace to be fully confident in her surroundings. I see her becoming the best loving companion in no time if given the time and connection she craves. Mystical has started showing her spunky side and loves playing with her bestie, and fellow adoptable cat, Nimporio. Coming from a hoarding house, Mystical has never been without a feline friend and will need one in her new home to keep her company. She pays dogs no mind so she may be ok with a canine friend as well. Mystical is polite with her teeth and claws, she honestly doesn’t have a single mean bone in her body. She would like a quiet home with her feline friend(s) and her favorite humans. Mystical can be found in her favorite cat bed or by the window watching the birds pass by. She is honestly one of the sweetest fosters I have had and you can feel the need for love and human connection every time you look into her eyes. Her personality is starting to shine through and I cant believe no one has snatched her up yet. Mystical will be your best work from home buddy and will never let you feel lonely while she is around, if you are looking for a companion that will bring light into your soul, this one is it.
A little about Mystical:
- Mystical loves butt pats, I mean, REALLY loves them. She will chatter at you every time you stop.
- Mystical loves to be combed, its her happy place.
- She loves watching the birds out the window and can be seen chattering at them for hours on end.
Mystical is in a foster home. If you’re interested in meeting her please submit an application on our website under the adopt tab. Email adopt@souldog.org with any questions!

More about this rescue
Soul Dog is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization founded with the mission to spay/neuter and protect animals. We are currently a small group of committed volunteers making a difference in the life of one animal at a time. As an all volunteer administration, all donations made to Soul Dog go directly to improving the health of the pets that share our lives.
Soul Dog is proactive in animal welfare advancing the need for spaying and neutering our pets to reduce overpopulation. We travel to rural communities on Native American reservations, where spaying and neutering will only happen if it is nearly free or very convenient. Soul Dog works with volunteer veterinarians to provide the spaying and neutering service at no cost to the public. Donations are used to defray the costs associated with medications, supplies, and the operating cost for clinics.
