The Rosie puppies—Rosie, Roseann and Rosemary— are adorable, friendly and sweet puppies who were left at the end of the Wags driveway in a cardboard box along with a mama cat and her kittens. Sadly in Mississippi this is all too common.
But despite their sad beginning the Rosies are happy and thriving. Roseanne joined her sister’s traveling from Mississippi on January 25 and arrived in foster home in the north east where she immediately settled in, a little shy at first, but quickly warmed up.
â Roseanne is great with other dogs, she is gentle and affectionate. She is housebroken and loves to play with toys. Roseann is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed. She is a happy healthy girl and will make a wonderful family member.
Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use.
