Responding to Adopt a Pet is not a completion of an application. We do not adopt out of a local adoption area. Inquiries that ask questions listed in this bio will not be answered - the foster is a volunteer and has a heavy work schedule (to pay the bills for fostering) and has tried to answer the common questions that are received so that information is available to adopters. Kira was taken to the shelter with her kitty mom and siblings when her family didn't want to deal with kittens anymore. Kira was fortunately rescued by FFAR and is now ready for her forever home. Kira is all kitten. One minute she wants to play, the next she wants you to pet her. Kira is an affectionate girl who loves being petted and has a nice purr motor. She's been highly socialized with other kitties and dogs. She must be adopted into a home that has another pet to be her companion. She is good with her kitty box.
Anyone interested in our cats will be required to fill out an adoption application. All our cats will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations. We do ask for a $160 adoption donation.
