Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Pecan!
Pecan is one of a litter of six, born in the middle of last summer. She is the only dark colored kitten, so she stands out from the pack. She's also the smallest (her mama is small), but has a big personality! She loves lots of attention from her foster mom. And she loves to play with her litter mates.
Pecan will do best if adopted with a litter mate. If that cannot happen, she will be happiest in a home with another nice kitten or cat. She loves any kind of toy, and canned cat food makes her very happy. She's a sweetheart!
Pecan has not lived with dogs or children.
HART recommends kittens 6 months of age and younger be adopted in pairs.
All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
If you are interested in any of our kitties, you must complete an online cat adoption application available at www.rescueahart.org/adopt/cat-application. The application will put you in touch with a HART volunteer.
