My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chucky - our gentle, nervous boy who NEEDS someone to give him a chance!

Chucky has been through more than most bunnies can imagine, but his story is one of hope and resilience. Coming to us with an active infection of E. cuniculi, Chucky endured a challenging journey of neurological symptoms, including spinning in circles whenever he was stressed—especially around humans. With proper treatment and an incredible amount of patience and TLC from his caretakers, Chucky has started to discover what it means to feel safe and loved.

Though it took time, Chucky has begun to trust a few special people in his life. Now, he cherishes the bonds he’s built, often sitting close and soaking up cuddles for as long as you'll let him. Chucky is proof that even the most timid souls can flourish with kindness and understanding.

This sweet boy needs a home that will offer him the same patience and love he’s received during his recovery. With time, he’ll come out of his shell and reward you with a friendship like no other. If you’re looking for a companion who will fill your heart with pride and joy as he blossoms, Chucky is waiting for you. Could you be his perfect match?
