Jay is in need of a foster home while he awaits further medical treatment. Jay was previously in foster and upon return to the shelter, the foster family reported that Jay is a sweet, laid back pup that has mastered the art of relaxation. Foster Reason: Heartworm positive, future appointments for bloodwork.
Foster Time Frame: 2 weeks Foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.
Foster Care Plan: Jay needs a home to relax in while he awaits labs. He is on medication. He will have a medical consult upon pickup and the Operation Kindness Foster Team will supply all items necessary for a successful foster journey.
