Shelby is a petite 5 lb 2 year old terrier mix who came to us after she was abandoned in a box with 2 other dogs. Shelby is in a foster home with 3 other small dogs and she enjoys basking in the sun spots in the house with them. Shelby is a playful gal and loves a good rough and tumble with whoever is willing. She enjoys playing with toys and is very food motivated. Shelby is very attention seeking and loves being in the mix of whatever is happening in the home. She rides well in the car and is always up for an adventure. She's a tiny bit shy when she first meets new people and dogs, but it only takes her a minute to be your new BFF. Shelby would do best in a home with a small patio or yard for outdoor exploring (supervised) and potty breaks. She will need some extra potty training in a new environment. Another dog is a plus but not a must. A family that has a little extra time to devote some one on one training with Shelby and can incorporate some brain toys in her daily routine.

Shelby's adoption fee is $400 and includes her spay, registered microchip, dental, deworming, fleas treatment and vaccines. Apply at www.lovebugsrescue.org
