Meet Anthem!

Anthem is a sweet & docile boy. He loves to play with tennis balls. He gets along with other dogs and is good with kids. He sleeps with his humans through the night and loves playing with his foster siblings and going to the dog park. He is housetrained and crate trained.

He is almost 6 months old and is a mix off????
Mom is a smaller shepherdy or cattle dog looking mix and dad is a bigger lab or Aussie mix? Maybe there is American bulldog in there too. True Heinz 57!
Anthem currently weighs 27 pounds.

His mom is about 40 pounds. Anthem is staying on the small side so we think that he will grow up to be about the same weight.

Our Applications Team will review and approve applications.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved and you agree the pet is right for you, sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home!

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
