Hey everyone! I’m Laurel (or whatever you choose my name to be)! I am so excited to be here in Minnesota! This place is a little chillier than where I came from, but I hear the snow should be a blast! I’m pretty neat because I have these beautiful colorings on my face which make me unique. When I enter an unfamiliar space, I’m pretty shy at first. But after some reassurance, I have the confidence to show my brave and friendly personality. Scoop me up for a cuddle and hold me as long as you want, I will melt in your arms. I love the company of other dogs and puppies. My foster humans have also started to take me on walks and I don’t really like having this thing on my neck, so I need more practice. But I have been really good about going potty outside! I like to be a clean pup and have never made a mess in my crate, so hopefully I will be potty trained by the time I go to my furever home! I currently sleep in my crate at night and when home alone. I love the comfort of my space and willingly lay down for my naps. I’m also starting to learn “tricks”, like ‘sit’ and ‘wait’. When I do a good job, I get a treat!

Laurel is estimated to be 4.5 months old and 17 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
