Meet Amigo in Parish, FL: Your New Best Friend!

Amigo is a six-year-old sweetheart who’s ready to find his forever home. This very good boy has a gentle soul but can be shy and nervous around new people, especially when approached too quickly. With patience and love, he warms up beautifully and becomes a loyal and affectionate companion.

In the house, Amigo is a dream. He’s housebroken, calm, and loves to relax on the bed while you’re away—he’s perfectly content on his own for up to four hours. On walks, he’s well-mannered and enjoys exploring the world at a leisurely pace. He’s also a car-riding pro, making him a great travel buddy.

Amigo would thrive in an active household that enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, and visits to the dog park. He’d love to have another dog sibling to keep him company and help build his confidence. However, a home without cats would be best, as he has a high prey drive.

Amigo’s ideal home includes:
• A fenced yard where he can run and play freely.
• A patient and loving adopter who will give him the time and praise he needs to feel secure.
• An active lifestyle to match his love for the outdoors.
