Hello there, I'm Molly! I'm a sweet, friendly, and mellow girl. I love cuddling up with my friends here at the shelter, but I'm also strong and love to go on walks. I walk really well with a harness on, and I absolutely adore belly scratches. I get along great with other dogs, but I can be a bit barrier reactive in a kennel. I have a lot of love to give and I'm eager to find my forever home and couch! If you're looking for a loyal companion who's always ready for a belly rub or a cuddle, then I might just be the dog for you!

Founded in 1971 as the Animal Aid Society of Englewood, Suncoast Humane Society began with a few cages where people left stray animals to be cared for. Over the years, our service area has grown to include over 400 square miles, covering three counties: Sarasota, Charlotte and portions of Lee.
Suncoast Humane Society provides a safe refuge for thousands of lost, abandoned and abused animals from our service area each year. We are committed to our open-door policy of never turning any animal away, regardless of health, temperament, breed or circumstances.
