Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Weight: 13 lbs.
Meet Laurel, a gentle soul with a heart full of hope, waiting for a loving home where she can truly blossom!
This brave girl has been through so much, having come from a hoarding situation where she lived alongside over 140 dogs, many of whom had little to no human interaction. Understandably, Laurel is a bit fearful, but with patience and love, she has the potential to shine.
Laurel is looking for an adopter who can offer her the time and understanding she needs to open up at her own pace. She’s also not alone on this journey—she arrived with her dear friend Joyce, and the two absolutely love each other`s company. They help each other feel brave, and a home with another dog would be a perfect fit for Laurel’s continued growth.
We recommend a calm, quiet household, with older children or no children at all, so Laurel can feel safe and secure. Be sure to bring the whole family, including any dogs, for a meet and greet, to ensure it’s the right match for all. Laurel must go home with another resident dog, as other pups help her confidence and her ability to trust.
Come meet Laurel today and give her the chance to find the happiness she so deserves. She’s waiting for someone like you to help her feel loved, cherished, and finally at home.
