Bartus joined J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue on 10/29/24 after his owner, who originally got him online, could no longer care for him due to a new baby in the family. With a carapace length of about 6 inches, Bartus is looking for a home where he can grow and thrive! 🏡

Due to the high number of turtle surrenders, we’re requesting a donation in Bartus’s name instead of a set adoption fee. Hub-to-hub shipping is available via FedEx Express, so Bartus can make his way to you no matter where you’re located!
