Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Charlie; A Loving, Well-Behaved Senior Dog Looking for a New Home
Charlie is an incredible dog who has been part of my life since I adopted him in 2017, when he was 3 years old. He has been my loyal companion and has always been amazingly well-behaved. Charlie will turn 11 in January 2025, and while he is still full of love, he’s starting to show signs of his age he gets tired on walks more quickly, has some difficulty getting in and out of the car, and takes a little more time getting up.
Charlie has never had any medical issues and remains a sweet, gentle soul. However, he would thrive best in a calm home without other pets or young children. I’ve recently faced the heartbreaking decision to rehome him because my toddler’s allergies and eczema flare-ups are being triggered, and I’m also expecting a new baby.
Finding a loving and peaceful home where Charlie can live out his golden years happily is my top priority.
