What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Manny, a 5-year-old, sweet, and affectionate dog in need of a new home. Adopted in 2021, Manny has been my loyal companion throughout my time as an Active Duty soldier, moving cross-country to Maryland. While he is incredibly loving and enjoys cuddles and destroying his toys, Manny struggles with reactivity, especially around other dogs. Despite my best efforts, his behavior hasn’t improved, and he’s now only able to go outside for bathroom breaks.
Manny would thrive in a quiet, low-traffic home with an experienced, patient owner who can work with him on his reactivity. He needs a fenced yard or safe, enclosed space where he can run and play freely. Ideally, he'd do best with someone who can offer structure and attention. He’s house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and would love a quiet, loving environment to call home.
Please contact me if you think you can give Manny the space, attention, and care he deserves!
