Hello everyone! My name is Ace and I am a 6-year-old male German Shepherd Mix who arrived at San Gabriel Valley Humane in November 2024. I am still a little nervous around new people so I will need some time and patience, but once I warm up to you I am a very sweet boy. I love playing with tennis balls and plushie toys. I am also a big cuddle bug who tries to be a lap dog. If you are interested in meeting me, call the shelter to schedule an appointment for a meet and greet. I hope to meet you soon!

The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.
