Hello! Meet Zola! She just arrived in Wisconsin from Alabama and this cutie is ready to meet her forever family! She is a mixed breed, 1 year 7 months, and approximately 55 pounds. She is really sweet and full of energy. She loves all of the people in her foster family. While she has limited experience with kids, so far she has done well with her two human foster siblings (aged 12 and 6). She gets along with other dogs with a proper introduction. Cats are unknown. She sleeps quietly in her crate all night, walks like a champ on a leash, and is working on her manners. She loves belly rubs and giving kisses, and can’t wait for playtime with her forever family! Could that be you? Fill out an application at sandipaws.org and ask for Zola! Thank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Please visit our site at sandipaws.org for more information on our organization or to fill out an application to adopt one of our pets. You can find information for volunteering on our site as well.

A successful adoption depends on the selection of the right pet for your household and your understanding of your responsibility of adopting a rescued animal. Our adoption procedures have been designed to make sure all rescued Sandi Paws pets are placed in an appropriate, loving forever home, and to make sure all adopters find the right fit for their family. Prior to adoption, all dogs and cats will be given all age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies, kennel cough, parvo and distemper, spaying/neutering, intestinal deworming, heartworm testing/treatment, microchipping, and monthly heartworm medication and flea prevention.
Note: We will adopt pets outside of Wisconsin if we can do necessary background and reference checks and the adopters agree to provide necessary follow up information. Also, the adopting family must agree to travel to pick up the pet and agree to transport them back to Wisconsin if they need to be returned at any time.
