Xena (fka Apple) is back for another chance at love. Her family was no longer able to provide for her needs and surrendered her back into our care. Xena was once a teeny tiny member of our “A” litter, now she is a beautiful 60 pound girl who loves playing with toys and was happy to hang out with our office team today. Xena is settling in but a home is where this puppy belongs, come meet her soon!
Xena was lucky enough to score a foster home and this is what her foster has to say:
Xena is such a love! She loves to play ball and really wants to swim, which I found out after she hopped right in my sheep tank! So far doing really good with the cat, interested but hesitant around him. He's a good cat to test with since he never runs or scratches dogs. She does well in a crate; and rides well in the car. She is an exuberant puppy and needs regular exercise.
She is learning commands: She is proficient at “Sit” and “watch” has great recall. She is learning “down” and “touch”. She is treat motivated and a fast learner.
