My name is Rahlo!

I adopted Rahlo from the Marietta, GA shelter in November of 2023. He was 4 years old at the time. He is a short legged German Shepard mix. He had some trouble trusting people at first but I hired a trainer and worked with him for 8 months until he got better. He is now 6 years old and acts just like a puppy. He loves the outdoors and going on walks. When indoors he loves cuddles and playing with his toys.

I'm hoping to find someone who is patient, playful and will take good care of him. I rescued him from a shelter and am really hoping not to bring him back there since he is an older dog. I'm not sure how he is with kids since I've never seen him around children. He is very food oriented so training him will be easy. He will not go the the bathroom in the house, but don't make him wait too long, he will make an effort not too, cause he'll feel bad if he does.
