My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, I`m Aspen. I`ve been around the block a few times, but don`t let my age fool you. I`m as spry as ever, and my heart is full of love to give. I`m a bit of a lone wolf, preferring my own company over others. But once I get to know you, I`ll be the most loyal friend you`ve ever had. I`m not one to shy away from expressing my feelings either. If I`m happy, you`ll hear my purrs from a mile away. If I`m upset, well, you`ll know that too. I`ve got a bit of sass in me, but I promise it`s all in good fun. I`m just looking for a place where I can be myself, and I hope that place is with you. Adopt me, and let`s make some beautiful memories together.

More about this shelter

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City.
