Meet Sandy!

Sandy is a young adult Feist mix, weighing about 30 lbs, with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. At less than 2 years old, she’s the perfect age—past the puppy stage but still full of youthful energy. Social and happy, Sandy gets along beautifully with other dogs and loves making new friends.

Thanks to her foster family, Sandy has learned to walk politely on a leash and is both house and crate trained. She’s ready to settle into a loving home where she can continue to thrive.

Sandy and her companion, Boone, wandered up to a good Samaritan’s house one night, hungry and looking for help. Despite her rough start, Sandy has remained sweet and eager to please. Now she’s ready for her second chance—a forever home where she’ll be cherished.

PLEASE MAKE NOTE- OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN ALABAMA (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED), OUR DOGS TRANSPORT TO THEIR NEW FAMILIES IN RHODE ISLAND AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ADOPTED.

Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
