Meet Jacob!

Jacob is an adorable 18-week-old terrier mix who’s ready to melt your heart! At just 10 pounds, this little guy has a sweet and gentle nature that will win you over in no time.

Jacob gets along great with dogs, cats, and kids, making him a wonderful addition to any family. He can be a bit timid when meeting new people, but once he warms up, he’s all about love and snuggles.

He’s crate-trained and well on his way to being house-trained, so with a little more guidance, he’ll have it down in no time. Jacob isn’t leash-trained yet, but as a smart and eager pup, he’s ready to learn with your help.

If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly companion to share your life with, Jacob is ready to meet you and start his journey in his forever home. Could he be the one for you?

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.

Once your application is approved you will be contacted by the rescue and discuss the dog you are interested in and transportation.

Pay Fee

Adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, health certificate and transportation.

All information regarding our dogs and transportation will be discussed prior to adoption.

Puppies under 6 months: $350
Dogs over 6 months: $300

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
