My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ronin is a very friendly, very big puppy with a huge personality. He was found as a young stray puppy with a badly broken hind leg that had to be amputated. He has been in a foster home since August. Ronin is doing well with his house training and hasn't had an accident in a while. He loves playing with his foster's other pups, but he does play rough, so he will need siblings who understand. He likely may need slow intros to new pups, as he isn't quite sure about new friends, but he is perfectly fine with the dogs in his "pack". He is curious, but sweet, with their cats and foster kittens. He responds well to corrections. He is crate-trained and rides well in the car.
Ronin is a very smart pup and is curious about everything. With consistent training and activity, he will be a perfect best friend.

The Animal Control Department enforces the county’s animal control ordinance on a county-wide basis including all municipalities. This department responds to complaints regarding stray and nuisance animals, animal cruelty, animal bites, and rabies exposure. The department also provides temporary shelter for stray, unwanted, and homeless animals at the 104 unit animal shelter, and manages a volunteer program and animal adoption program.
