Don't miss your chance to bring this extraordinary pup home!
Foster to Adopt is a fantastic way to bring a puppy into your home while they complete their necessary medical care. Here's how it works:

1. Application: Start by filling out a foster application at https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/fosterapplication/

2. Fostering Period: During this time, you'll care for the puppy in your home, allowing time for the puppy to receive all necessary vaccines and be old enough to be fixed, typically 4 months old.

3. Medical Care: As a foster, you'll be responsible for taking the puppy to their predetermined vet appointment for final shots and spay/neuter surgery. We do not pay for taking the puppy to a personal vet. The spay age of 4 months is not negotiable.

4. Initial Fee: When you take the puppy home, you'll pay half of the adoption fee ($200). This demonstrates your commitment to the adoption process.

5. Finalization: Once the puppy is fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered, you can finalize the adoption by paying the remaining $200 of the adoption fee.

Benefits of Foster to Adopt:
- Bond with your puppy before finalizing adoption
- Ensure the puppy is a good fit for your family
- Support the puppy through their final medical procedures

Remember, puppies aren't considered fully adoption-ready until they've received all vaccines and been spayed/neutered. Foster to Adopt allows you to bring your new family member home sooner while ensuring they receive all necessary care.

If you're interested in Foster to Adopt, please submit an application. We're excited to help you on this journey to pet parenthood!
