Roxy is a Boxer mix with a medium build and a heart full of love. At 46 lbs, she’s the perfect size for adventures and cuddles alike. This adorable girl absolutely loves her walks, handing out hugs, and making friends with every person she meets! Roxy is the definition of sweet and affectionate. She’s a certified cuddle champion who just wants to snuggle up with her people. She’s great on a leash and keeps her kennel super neat, so we’re pretty sure she’s already house-trained—or she’ll pick it up in no time. When asked about her dream home, Roxy said she’s looking for a family to love her, take her on walks, and spend quality time with her. Sound like you? An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
