My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Pea is the sweetest, cutest, teeny kitten you've ever met. This petite girl overflowing with personality and is ready for her forever home.
Sweet Pea came to Cameron Animal Rescue after being found as a stray kitten. She had an outsized personality and bravery from the beginning, and she has continued to delight us with her antics. This girl is smart, curious, and afraid of nothing. She loves to play, and loves to test out new toys, and explore new areas. She is good with people, and she loves playing with other cats. She must go to a home with another young cat to be a playmate for her, or must be adopted with a buddy.
Sweet Pea is healthy, and is FeLV/FIV negative. Her adoption includes her full series of FVRCP (distemper) and rabies vaccines; her spay; fecal testing and treatment until negative; microchip; 30 days of free pet insurance.
Sweet Pea needs a home where she will get lots of attention; with a family who willl play with her frequently and give her the mental stimulus that she needs.

More about this rescue

Cameron Animal Hospital has been located on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, New Jersey, since 1936. The family-owned hospital is the first purposfully built animal hospital in the state of NJ, and provides veterinary services to cats, dogs, and other small animals, including rabbits, rats, ferrets, and more.

Cameron Animal Hospital is not a shelter, but works extensively with the rescue community in Essex County by providing veterinary care to local shelters, and finding homes to a variety of animals (cats, dogs, and small animals) who have come into our care.
