Hey there, my name is Hera! I was hand selected for K9s For Warriors service dog program from San Antonio, Texas and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9s in September of this year, I've decided I would rather be a family companion over having to work for a living, due to medical concerns. I am an enchanting and affectionate young dog in search of my forever home. Although I might not be the most playful with toys, my favorite are soft ones. Once a bond is established, I become more engaged, loyal and super snuggly. I also enjoy leisurely walks, exploring and sniffing new surroundings. I would thrive in a patient and moderately active household that allows me to grow and learn at my own pace. I am crate trained, house trained, spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and eagerly waiting for my forever home.
