Enzo is the epitome of puppy perfection! This playful, handsome brindle hound mix has a story that showcases his bravery and charm. Found as a stray puppy in South Carolina, Enzo was rescued after being spotted with a bleeding nose, leading to fears he’d been hit by a car. Thankfully, he had no serious injuries, though his skin needed extra care. Now, with his striking coat shining bright, Enzo is ready to find his forever family.

This sweet boy is full of spirit, affection and loves to make the most of every day. Whether he’s squeaking his favorite toys, romping with his doggy friends, or charming humans of all ages, Enzo brings joy to everyone he meets. He’s great with kids, dogs, and even cats—he just wants to be your best friend and share his love. His playful personality and cute antics will keep you smiling. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
