Introducing Honey, a remarkable companion not to be overlooked, a true Gem in the making! Honey is a petite Golden Doodle weighing 30.2 pounds and was born on March 28th, 2024, making her currently 8.5 months old. She is playful and highly social, expressing her affection through kisses and snuggles. Honey enjoys interacting with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playmate. Furthermore, she is comfortable around cats and children. Honey is a quick learner; she mastered the dog door on her first day in rescue, is pretty much fully potty trained, and is learning to sit for treats. She is good on a leash and riding in vehicles to boot. Although she still exhibits typical puppy behavior, such as stealing socks, slippers, and unattended food, but we've been working with her, and she has already shown improvement in her manners.
The Goldendoodle breed is celebrated for its affectionate nature and eagerness to please, it a favored choice for families. Due to their gentle temperament and exceptional trainability, they have been utilized as pets, agility dogs, guide dogs, therapy dogs, diabetic alert dogs, search and rescue dogs.
