Meet Louie, a gentle and loving 7-8 month old puppy who’s ready to find his forever home! Louie is a calm, affectionate pup who loves all animals and is great at matching energy, making him the perfect playmate. While he was initially a bit timid around new people, Louie now warms up quickly and adores pats and cuddles—especially from children! Louie has truly blossomed in his foster home. The shy, scared puppy who once kept his tail tucked now greets the world with enthusiasm and joy. He’s a social butterfly who gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes and enjoys snuggling with his canine companions.
Fully house-trained and a joy to walk, Louie’s leash manners are impeccable! He’s eager to please and loves the approval of his humans, making him an ideal companion for anyone looking for a loving, easygoing dog. His fosters have stated that Louie is also incredibly quiet, rarely barks, and has proven to be adaptable in various environments. From public parks and retail stores to outdoor dining and even camping, Louie has excelled in every new experience he’s been introduced to.
If you’re looking for a mellow, affectionate dog who loves both human and animal companionship and enjoys the outdoors, Louie could be the perfect fit for you. Could you be the one to give this wonderful boy the forever home he deserves? Louie is currently in foster care outside of the shelter.
