Do you need a new BFF? Then look no further. This little girl is here for it! She is so ready to be the center of your attention and affection. Elvira loves to be a lap kitty and is eager for your love! It was kind of difficult to get good pictures because she wanted to constantly rub on the camera. She gets along well with the other cats, does well with children, and loves everyone! She is going to be your new bestie!

We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center or Timber Drive next to Home Depot).
