My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please go to our website at www.milehighlabmission.com to find out more about this pet and to submit an adoption application.

Please DO NOT call or email us; all information about current dogs available, adoption donations, vetting, and this specific dog are on our website.

We are a non-profit organization and we are completely 100% volunteer run.

We DO NOT have a shelter and only approved applicants can make appointments with our foster homes to meet the dogs we have.

Our volunteers will not discuss dogs we have available for adoption UNTIL you have an application on file and are approved to adopt.

General Notes |

Meet Teddy – Your New Best Friend!

Teddy is a 9-week-old male puppy with a heart full of love and a personality that will melt yours. With his mild manners and calm demeanor, he’s the perfect companion for families, especially those with kids. He adores playing, snuggling, and learning new tricks, making him an ideal fit for a household looking for a loyal furry friend.

Teddy gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making him a great addition to multi-pet homes. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or quiet moments by your side, Teddy's gentle nature and playful spirit will bring joy to every moment.

He’s young, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a loving family who will provide him with the care, guidance, and affection he needs. If you’re looking for a puppy who will blend seamlessly into your family, Teddys is the one! Currently he is sleeping up to 8+ hours a night in his crate! He is also really starting to do well with potty training

Personality | This puppy is very sweet and mild mannered. He is pretty quiet. Likes to be held but also likes to play with his brother and toys.

Story | He was brought to Mile High with his 10 siblings and mamma

Other Dogs | Teddy loves to play with his sibling brother and cuddle with him. He also loves to follow his foster family's 5 year old female lab around.

Cats | Teddy hasn't met any cats yet.

Children | Teddy love his foster family's young children (7 and 10 years old). He likes to play with them and snooze in their laps all day long.

Training | He is a quick learner and knows it is time to go potty when he is taken outside.

Leash

Activity Level | He is a typical puppy. Plays for 30 mins and then sleeps for the equal amount.

Health Notes

Thank you!

Adoption Donations |  Our adoption donations are $475 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year, $425 for 1-6 years, $375 for dogs 7-10 years, and $250 for 11+ years of age. Purebred dogs regardless of age are $525. These minimum donations help to defer the costs of initial vet care, food, and supplies while in foster care that currently average over $700 per dog).

Meeting Dogs | Foster dogs may have meet & greets by appointment to approved applicants only.  To become an approved applicant - please complete the application process.

Please know | Available dogs are updated as soon as possible and we do our best to keep it up-to-date, but occasionally dogs shown may become unavailable without notice due to a pending adoption.

We encourage you to put in an application even if you don't see your new family member currently, as once you are approved, we can place you on the waiting list for first priority on the selection of the dogs we do bring in. That means you can often meet a dog upon transport arrival and adopt before they even make it to this page!

We can not guarantee that a dog you wish to adopt is available by the time your adoption application is submitted, processed, and approved.  Your application is good for 90 days from the time of approval for any dog as long as it is a good fit for your family and your lifestyle.
