Hello out there, my name is Rufus! I’m a sweet and friendly boy who enjoys meeting humans of all ages, and dogs too. I make my foster mom giggle regularly because she’s always catching me quietly watching what she’s doing – just see my pictures for proof! I love being close with you and love it when you give me time on your lap or hold me – I’m the first to come to you for snuggles and I just know I’ll always love the love! I enjoy playing with toys and am so good at sharing them with any of my siblings or people who would like to play too. I’m not only good at sharing, I’m also an incredibly patient boy. My foster mom tells me all the time that sweet puppies like me are special indeed.

Rufus is such a friendly and loving boy. He has a silly fun personality but is also easygoing, quiet, and patient. He’s an absolute pro at doing his business in his special potty area and sleeps quietly through the night in a pen with his siblings right now. He is an absolute hit with all the young children that have met him because they love how kind he is. If you’re looking for a boy with a loving heart, you’ve got to meet Rufus!

Rufus is estimated to be 9 weeks old and 12 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
