Meet Gaston, a seven year old tuxedo that is arrived to JTAC under some sad circumstances. Unfortunately, Gaston was brought in after the death of his owner. The daughter told us that her father frequently took in outside cats and brought them into the home. She wasn`t too sure if he was friendly or an inside cat at all. When he was brought in, he must have been shaven in the past so his fur is growing back in patches. When he first arrived, Gaston was pretty nervous of his new surroundings, especially our intake room (which houses both dogs and cats). He was docile and were able to easily handle him. Once he was moved to our catroom, he settled in quickly and showed us his fun personality. Gaston can cohabitate with other cats but isn`t a big fan of playing and wrestling with one another. He`s more independent and likes to roam around on his own. Gaston LOVES wetfood and can be quite the maniac when he sees or hears a can opening. He loves to stick his paw out and wave it around for your attention. His adoption fee is $155, and includes his vaccines, registered microchip, fecal exam, deworming, FIV/FeLV test, current flea prevention, and neuter.
