My name is KOA!

Meet Koa! Koa was surrendered due to a housing issue. He has really struggled in the shelter environment and we hope that he finds his forever home soon. Koa loves to go on outings to get a break from the shelter. Here are what some of the volunteer had to say about their day trips:

I took Koa out this afternoon and he did so well!! A little anxious in the car on the way there but way better on the drive back. He was nervous with some that approached and did well with others. He loved the water and watching all the squirrels!

He did well with other dogs and kids in his previous home. His previous owner stated that he was housebroken as long as he`s let out frequently & is vocal when needs to go. He can be a bit jumpy when excited and would benefit from more training. Give us a call at 805-781-4400 to meet Koa today.
