Hi, I'm Eeyore! I recently got to spend a week in a foster home with a lovely lady who had this to say about me..."Understanding Eeyore is like understanding your 90-year-old grandpa who is still enjoying life but has some issues - the body is slow; peeing and pooping aren't always controlled; and it just takes a while to process what's going on and what's expected. With those understandings, he's a very gentle, loving companion." If you are looking for a sweet, slow-paced soul please come meet me! My friends at Best Friends spoil me, but I really want a home to call my very own!

All adoptable animals are currently in foster homes. Please email adoptnwa@bestfriends.org to arrange a meeting.

Standard cat adoption fees are $50 for adults and $100 for kittens. Standard dog adoption fees are $100 for adults and $150 for puppies.

Additional adoption info

We strive for an open adoption process that helps you find the right pet for your family. We have standard adoption fees, but offer frequent adoption promotions with reduced adoption fees. During the adoption process there is a brief consultation with our Adoption Specialist and a short contract to sign prior to finalizing the adoption. Best Friends commits to the pets for life and we will take back the pet if they can no longer be cared for in your family. Adopters must be 18 years or older to adopt a pet.
