Meet Howie, a sweet and loyal companion ready to steal your heart! This charming pup adores cuddling and will happily be your shadow, always checking in to make sure you’re by his side. Howie is wonderfully gentle and gets along with kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes, though he may need a little time to warm up to larger canine friends. He’s also a leash-walking pro and loves playful adventures—tennis balls are his absolute favorite!
Howie thrives with structure and consistency. He’s housebroken but may have an occasional accident if not let out on time (he’s an old man and dogs should be let out on time anyway!). Howie does enjoy a good trash can treasure hunt, so a secure setup is key. This clever boy can open slightly ajar doors and will let you know when he needs water or a snack. While Howie is an escape artist at heart, keeping him on a leash or in a secure yard ensures he stays safe.

SAYv Animal Organization is a startup animal welfare organization focused on gettings things done.
We have 2 permanent programs running right now, with the objective to increase our manpower and reach to create new programs including farm animals.
Solutions: We help other nonprofit organizations create and execute life-saving solutions and provide support for critical operational initiatives.
Rescue: We have officially started our rescue efforts!!
Unfortunately, since we are a start-up organization with limited funds we have to focus on perceived "easier" cases whenever we can, JUST UNTIL we get a solid financial base and network. We fully intend to help open-admission shelters save ALL at-risk animals, including the hard cases.
