Meet Phil, a joyful and exuberant pup who absolutely loves life! Phill is the happiest and silliest little player, always eager to engage with his playmates and dive right into the fun. His enthusiasm is infectious, and you can tell he's in his element whenever he's playing and making the most of every moment.
