Meet Clover! Clover is a sweet and gentle male domestic shorthair cat, around 13-14 years old. He came to us in need of some extra care, as he was suffering from matted fur, which was shaved to help him feel more comfortable. Since then, Clover has been feeling much better and is gradually regaining his energy. Despite his past challenges, he`s a calm and affectionate cat who enjoys the company of those who approach him with kindness. Clover is looking for a loving home where he can continue to thrive in a peaceful environment. Will you be the one to take this sweet boy home to spend his golden years?

We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment ONLY. If you are interested in adopting, please contact us via email at jcas@co.johnson.in.us or call 317-738-6090 during regular business hours. We will happily help get an application to you. Once an application is submitted and approved, we can contact you to set an appointment to meet the pet!

Our adoption fee is $150.00 for dogs, $75 for kittens under 6 months of age and $50 for all cats 6 months and older. This will include a rabies vaccination (if age appropriate), spay or neuter, a microchip with registration, and all other age appropriate vaccinations.

More about this shelter

We are the all admittance shelter in Johnson County, we are not a 501c3, but a county run facility. We try our best to place each and every animal. We also house all animals picked up by Animal Control therefore; we intake a high volume of animals each year.
