My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tony, also known as Tony Macaroni. Tony is bottled sunshine. He loves everyone he meets, and he can’t wait to meet his new family! Tony’s foster pulled him from the shelter within hours of him being euthanized because she saw how much he wanted and deserved to live!

Tony is an energetic boy, who loves to run and play with his toys, his humans, and other dogs. He is also a snuggle bug and will happily sit in his human’s lap if you let him. Tony’s life sadly started on the streets, and then the shelter, but he is quickly adjusting to home life and will be so grateful to have a family.

A few quick facts on Tony Macaroni:

-He is about 2 years old and 50 pounds

-When Tony entered the shelter, he had a skin problem, which has been resolved. He still has some patches where his hair is growing back, but he is A-Okay!

-He is a “pocket pittie” and surprisingly small in person

-He is crate and house trained

-He is quickly learning basic commands

-He loves people and dogs

-He is unsure about cats so would probably do best in home with no cats

-He loves to run and play with his toys; he has the most adorable bunny hop when he’s excited

-He has the biggest smile and a goofy personality

Tony would thrive with an active adult or a family with children or other dogs. Feel free to contact Tony’s foster directly at 903-238-1621 if you have any questions about him!
