Hi! I'm Hopscotch! I'm a short hair tabby cat with a little tortie mixed in- a torbie! I have ultra fun markings on my side and bits of brown spots in my stripes. I love to romp and play with my siblings and foster pals but I'm also a girl who tucks away for a little solo time to snooze. I'm a little more independent than the others here. I still love to chase crunch balls, springs, toy mice or play with the ball tower. Sometimes I hide on a dining room chair to get away from everyone since no one seems to know to look for me there. I like the kids I live with because they know when I'm done playing. I'd do ok with kids who know boundaries, especially older kids or adults. I have a kink in my tail and a healed eye injury (corneal scar) that I got somehow before I came into rescue, but they don't slow me down! I don't love being held but I do love being on your lap and getting pets. I haven't met a dog yet but would likely do ok with slow intros. I'd love to have another kitty friend. I'm a short, stout, beautiful girl ready to meet my new family.
I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age.

Please consider saving the life of an animal in need and become a volunteer foster home today. To become a foster, fill out a dog or cat foster application on the Twin Cities Pet Rescue website: www.twincitiespetrescue.org . There is little to no cost to foster an animal. Twin Cities Pet Rescue provides its foster families with food, supplies, and veterinary care for its animals. All you need to do is supply the love!

TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
