Say hello to ELENTIYA and DORIAN, a bonded pair of teenager siblings ready for their next adventure! Dorian is a black, short-haired male with bright green eyes and a sweet meow. Elentiya is a fluffy black female kitty with a white chest and some silver hairs mixed in. She also has a fluffy main and long silver ear tufts. Both are active and playful with big purr motors, and who adore chasing laser pointers. Dorian will follow you around the house holding a conversation with you, until you pick him up. Elentiya is a sweet cuddler, looking for a lap snuggle up in. Both also love playing with springy toys, crinkle balls, and feather wands. They have been handled since birth and have been well socialized around other cats and dogs.

ELENTIYA and DORIAN have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet them at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco), beginning Monday 12/30. Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet. The $280 adoption fee (for the pair) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. These documents are available through e-mail or at our adoption events. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the dog or cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.

Our cats can be seen at Petsmart on Chad Drive and on Willamette St, at Petco near Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd, seven days a week during normal business hours. We do have adoption counselors available on weekends or by appointment or from 12:30-2:30pm, Sat.-Sun.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for cats and kittens of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette; PetCo by Valley River Center and Wags Dog Emporium on Coburg Rd. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help Cat Rescue & Adoption Network save as many animal lives as possible.
