This is Freya.

This sweet girl was found abandoned at a local park on Thanksgiving morning. She had been left with her bed and dressed in three vests against the cold.

Freya is very friendly and affectionate. She knows simple commands like sit and paw. She is house and crate trained. She is a loyal and loving companion.

Her Foster Mom has this to say about Freya:

If you are looking for a sassy pup that will follow you everywhere, demand lovings and talk back, then Fraya is your girl. She loves getting attention, walks and playtime, but be prepared to get an earfull and eye rolls if this diva doesn't get her cuddle time.

Freya is a great companion and will be by your side everywhere you go.

Be warned this girl will steal your heart.

Once your 3 personal references and your vet reference is checked and we approve your application then a meet and greet is set up.

3.
Meet the Pet

If you and your family and your dog are a match then the contract is signed and you and your new family member go home.

More about this rescue

We are a small breed rescue mainly rescuing from local shelters in our area, puppy mill dogs, and owner surrenders

We have a community outreach program where an owner may not be able to pay for vetting for their dog we will have our vet assess the pet and help the owner with expenses.

We do a senior to senior adoption where we continue to cover the vet expenses for the dog and the adopter pays for the food and cares for the dog.

We also have a foster based hospice for any dog that our vet deems is not adoptable for medical issues. The foster takes care of the dog until it crosses over. All expenses are covered by the rescue.
